Öz
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Brenner ve Vogel (2015) tarafından geliştirilen “Eski İlişkiyle İlgili Olumlu ve Olumsuz Düşünceler Ölçeği”ni (EİİOODÖ) Türk kültürüne uyarlayarak geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasını yapmaktır. Araştırma Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinin çeşitli bölümlerine devam eden 194’ü kadın (%53) ve 173’ü erkek (%47) toplam 367 katılımcı ile yürütülmüştür. Öncelikle ölçeğin dil geçerliği incelenmiştir. Sonrasında Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) ile ölçeğin üç faktörlü yapısı incelenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre, ölçeğin iki boyutlu yapısına yönelik bulunan ki-kare değeri (χ2/sd=, p<.05); NFI (.96), CFI (.97), IFI (.97), GFI (.93) değerleri mükemmel uyuma modelin iyi uyum gösterdiğinin işaretidir. Bu sonuçlar, EİİOODÖ’nün iki faktörlü yapısının doğrulandığını göstermiştir. Ölçeğin benzer ölçekler geçerliğini belirlemek için “Depresyon, Anksiyete, Stres Ölçeği”, “Fisher Ayrılığa Uyum Ölçeği” ve “Bilişsel Duygu Düzenleme Ölçeği”nin “Ruminasyon” alt ölçeği ölçüt olarak kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliği test-tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı ve iç tutarlılık katsayısı ile hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı olumlu düşünceler alt ölçeği için .92 (p <.05), olumsuz düşünceler alt ölçeği için .91 (p <.05) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak elde edilen tüm bulgular, EİİOODÖ’nün beliren yetişkinlerde geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
