Öz
Yeme tutumu, gıda tüketimiyle ilişkili bireyin sahip olduğu duygusal, bilişsel ve davranışsal eğilimler olarak tarif edilir. Bireyin günlük yaşam işleyişini olumsuz yönde etkileyen ve yaşam kalitesini düşüren eğilimler olduğunda ise bu duruma bozulmuş yeme tutumu denilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yetişkin kadınlarda algılanan baba reddi, öz-şefkat ve öz-tiksinme yeme tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır.Türkiye'den 18-65 yaş arası 383 kadın çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çevrimiçi bir yöntem kullanılmış ve Yeme Tutumları Testi-26 (YTT-26), Yetişkin Baba Kabul-Red Ölçeği-Baba Formu (Yetişkin EKRÖ-Baba), Öz Şefkat Ölçeği-Kısa Form (ÖŞÖ-KF) ve Öz-Tiksinme Ölçeği-Gözden Geçirilmiş Form (ÖTÖ-RF) sosyodemografik veri formu ile birlikte sunulmuştur. Kolmogrov-Smirnov testine göre ölçek puanları normal dağılım göstermediği için parametrik olmayan istatistiksel analizler kullanılmıştır ve ayrıca doğrusal regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. 383 Türk kadın üzerinde yapılan çalışmada, medeni durum, baba ilişkili faktörleri ve Yetişkin EKRÖ-Baba, ÖŞÖ-KF ve ÖTÖ-RF ile yeme tutumları arasında anlamlı istatiksel ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Yeme tutumlarındaki bozulmanın düzeyini yordamak adına Yetişkin ERKÖ-Baba, ÖŞÖ-KF ve ÖTÖ-RF ile oluşturulan model varyansın %28,8’ni açıklamakta olup model içerisinde algılanan baba reddi düzeyi ve öz-tiksinme skorları anlamlı çıkmıştır.Bulgularımız, algılanan baba reddi, öz-tiksinme ve bozulmuş yeme tutumları arasında pozitif bir korelasyon olduğunu, buna karşın öz şefkat ile negatif bir korelasyon olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Özellikle, algılanan baba reddi ve öz-tiksinme, bozulmuş yeme tutumu anlamlı olarak yordamaktadır ve gelecekteki araştırma arayışları için kritik bir alanı işaret etmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler:
