Öz

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, anneden algılanan narsisistik özellikler ile borderline kişilik özellikleri ve ortoreksiya nervoza değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Çalışma, 18-45 yaş aralığında bulunan, İstanbul’da yaşayan, 223 (%53,3) kadın ve 195 (%46,7) erkek olmak üzere toplam 418 gönüllü katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılara Sosyo-Demografik Bilgi Formu, Anneden Algılanan Narsisistik Özellikler Ölçeği (AANÖ), Borderline Kişilik Ölçeği (BKÖ) ve Ortoreksiya Nervoza Envanteri (ONE) uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler Sosyal Bilimler İstatistik Programı (SPSS 25.0) ve SPSS için PROCESS makro programı (PROCESS 4.0) kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. İstatistiksel analiz yöntemlerinden; Normal Dağılım Analizi, Pearson Korelasyon Analizi, Doğrusal ve Hiyerarşik Regresyon Analizleri, Bağımsız Örneklemler T-Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, algılanan anne narsisizmi ile borderline kişilik özellikleri ve ortoreksiya nervoza arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Borderline kişilik özelliği, algılanan anne narsisizmi ile ortoreksiya nervoza arasındaki ilişkide kısmen aracılık etmiştir. Algılanan anne narsisizmi ve borderline kişilik özellikleri, ortoreksiya nervozadaki varyansın %13'ünü açıklamaktadır. Yaş değişkeni ile anneden algılanan narsisistik özelikler değişkeni arasında pozitif yönlü; borderline kişilik değişkeni ve ortoreksiya nervoza değişkeni ile negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Son olarak cinsiyet değişkenine göre ortoreksiya nervoza eğilimi değerlendirildiğinde erkek katılımcıların (Ort.=1.66), kadın katılımcılara (Ort.=1.56) göre daha yüksek puan aldıkları görülmektedir.
