Öz
Son 20 yıl içinde yapay zekâ alanındaki gelişmeler, insanlarla etkileşimde bulunan ve bu etkileşimlerden öğrenen sosyal robotları insanların sosyal yaşamına dahil etmiştir. Günümüzde, çocuklara matematik ya da dil öğreten, otizmli bireylerin tedavi ve rehabilitasyonunda kullanılan ya da banka ve restoranlarda müşteriyi yönlendiren sosyal robotlar mevcuttur. İnsan hayatına hızla girmekte olan bu yeni ‘birey’lerin, insanlar tarafından nasıl algılandıkları, kabul görüp görmedikleri ise henüz yanıtı yeni aranmaya başlanan bir konudur. Bu konunun anlaşılmasının iki önemli nedeni vardır: Birincisi, gelecekte hayatımızın önemli alanlarında yer alacak robotları üreten mühendislere, sosyal bilimler perspektifinden geri bildirimler vermektir. İkincisi ise insanı insan yapan ve onu kendine benzeyen diğer varlıklardan ayıran özelliklerin anlaşılmasıdır. Bu amaçlarla, insan-robot etkileşimi ve bilişsel bilimler kesişiminde yapılan disiplinler arası çalışmaların ana araştırma sorularından biri insanların robotlara zihinsel kapasiteler atfedip atfetmedikleridir. Bu derleme makalede, bilişsel bilimlerdeki zihin atfetme kavramı ele alınacak ve robotlara dair zihin atfetmeyi inceleyen çalışmaların kapsamlı bir değerlendirilmesi yapılacaktır. Ek olarak, robotlara dair zihin atfetmede kullanılan yöntemlerin ve zihin atfetmeyi etkileyen faktörlerin üzerinde durulacaktır. Böylece bilişsel bilimler ve insan-robot etkileşimi alanında gelecekte yapılacak disiplinler arası çalışmalara ışık tutulması beklenmektedir.
