Öz
Aşı reddinin/tereddüdünün psikolojik öncüllerini ölçmek amacıyla Betsch ve arkadaşları (2018) önceki modelleri temel alan ve beş boyutu içeren 5C ölçeğini geliştirmiştir. Ülkemizde aşılanma alanında geliştirilen ve/veya uyarlanan ölçekler, aşı tereddüdünün kısıtlı yönlerini ele almaktadır. Bu çalışmada Aşılanmanın Psikolojik Öncülleri (5C) Ölçeği’nin Türkçe çeviri, geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır (N=1848). Yapı geçerliğini belirlemek için yürütülen doğrulayıcı faktör analizine göre modelin veri ile uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Güvenirlik analizine göre ise ölçeğin alt boyutlarının Cronbach alfa değerleri .71 ve .82 arasında değişmektedir. Ölçeğin uyum geçerliğinin test edilmesi amacıyla Betsch ve arkadaşları tarafından önerilen değişkenlerinin, ölçeğin alt boyutları ile ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Aşı olma niyeti tüm boyutlarla pozitif yönde ilişkili bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, kuramsal beklentilerle uyumlu olacak şekilde, güven boyutu sağlık kurumlarına ve sağlık çalışanlarına güven ile pozitif, kayıtsızlık boyutu algılanan risk ile negatif, kısıtlama boyutu algılanan davranışsal kontrol ile negatif, hesaplama boyutu bilgi arayışı ile pozitif ve kolektif sorumluluk boyutu COVID-19 ile ilişkili endişe ile pozitif yönde ilişkili bulunmuştur. Türkçe alanyazına kazandırılan 5C ölçeğinin ülkemizde aşılanmaya yaklaşımı izlemek ve bu alanda uluslararası karşılaştırmalar yapabilmek için işlevsel bir araç olacağı düşünülmektedir.
