Öz
Öz Bu çalışmada, yalnızlık düzeyi düşük ve yüksek olan katılımcıların şema alanları, romantik ilişkilerde bağlanma stilleri ve aşka ilişkin tutumları açısından farklılaşıp farklılaşmadıklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca yalnızlık ve şema alanları arasındaki ilişkide yetişkin bağlanma stilleri ile aşka ilişkin tutumların aracı rolünün belirlenmesi çalışmanın diğer amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 17-51 yaş aralığında yer alan 231 (160 kadın, 71 erkek) katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Ölçüm araçları olarak, UCLA Yalnızlık Ölçeği, Young Şema Ölçeği Kısa Form 3, Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri-II ve Aşka İlişkin Tutumlar Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler t-testi, korelasyon analizi ve çoklu aracılı model testi (Bootstrap) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucuna göre yalnızlık düzeyi düşük ve yüksek olan katılımcıların ayrılma ve reddedilme, zedelenmiş özerklik, başkaları yönelimlilik ve aşırı tetikte olma şema alanları ile, yetişkin bağlanma stilleri (kaygılı, kaçınmacı) ve tutkulu aşk, oyun gibi aşk ve sahiplenici aşk puanları açısından anlamlı olarak farklılaştıkları görülmüştür. Çalışmada başkaları yönelimlilik şema alanı ile yalnızlık arasındaki ilişkide kaygılı bağlanmanın “tam aracılık” etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Başkaları yönelimlilik şema alanından yüksek puan alan bireylerin, sahiplenici aşk tutumlarının ve kaygılı bağlanma puanlarının yüksek olduğu ve bu durumun da bireylerin yalnızlık düzeylerini arttırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular toplumda yaygın olarak görülen ve bireylerin hayatlarında sorun yaratan yalnızlıkla ilişkili olabilecek değişkenlerin anlaşılması açısından önemlidir.
