Founded in 2012 with its inaugural issue published in 2013, Nesne Psychology Journal is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal operating under Artsürem Publishing since 2015.

Focus and Scope

Nesne Psychology Journal aims to bring original and high-quality studies that contribute to the knowledge base of psychology to the international academic community.

All manuscript submissions must strictly adhere to the writing guidelines of the APA (American Psychological Association) Publication Manual, 7th Edition (2020). Our publication scope includes empirical research, case reports, and comprehensive review articles discussing current literature in the following fields:

• Clinical Psychology

• Developmental Psychology

• Social Psychology

• Industrial and Organizational Psychology

• Experimental Psychology

• Psychometrics

• And all other interdisciplinary sub-branches of psychology.

Peer Review Process (Double-Blind Peer Review)

In accordance with international publishing standards (COPE), all manuscripts submitted to Nesne Psychology Journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

• Preliminary Review: The editorial board evaluates the submitted manuscripts for their suitability to the journal's focus and scope, adherence to APA 7 formatting guidelines, and overall publication principles. Additionally, all manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using software (Turnitin/iThenticate) at this stage.

• Section Editor Assignment: Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review are forwarded to the relevant Section Editor based on their field of expertise.

• Peer Review: To assess the methodological and theoretical competence of the study, the section editor assigns at least two expert reviewers who are independent of the authors' institutions. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept strictly confidential throughout the process.

• Decision Stage: Based on the reviewer reports, the section editor submits a recommendation to the Editor-in-Chief regarding whether the manuscript should be published, requires revision (minor/major), or should be rejected. The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief, and the process is transparently communicated to the authors.

Open Access and Copyright Policy

Nesne Psychology Journal is an open-access journal that believes science should be freely shared on a global scale. The publishing rights (copyright) of accepted manuscripts are considered transferred to Artsürem Publishing and Nesne Psychology Journal. The legal and ethical responsibility for all ideas, findings, and scientific claims in the published works rests entirely with their authors.
